Pat Fraley is an amazing voice actor who has voiced thousands of characters including Krang, Casey Jones and Baxter Stockman from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise. In the Scooby-Doo franchise, he voiced Fred's Uncle Karl in What's New Scooby-Doo? "Fright House of a Lighthouse", Brother, Guard and Announcer in Scooby Goes Hollywood, which was his first voice acting role, Cecil, Mastermind and Mr. Droid in The New Scooby-Doo Mysteries, Tiger Morris and Policeman in the Scooby and Scrappy-Doo Show, and additional voices in The Ri¢hie Ri¢h/Scooby-Doo Show and A Pup Named Scooby-Doo.
